  I have had a couple people from out of town recommend The Gathering and its ribs.  Having tried the ribs at Red Pig and ended up being very disappointed - dry and oversauced - I'm wondering about the other rib places in town.  I found New Riegel and enjoyed that - very different from traditional ribs but surprisingly very good....
